The College plans to supplement and clarify the detailed rules for the evaluation of Postgraduate Academic Scholarship and National Scholarship for postgraduates as follows:

All academic achievements of postgraduates, from the initial application or formation of phased results to their final confirmation status (e.g., papers from acceptance to indexed retrieval, patents from application to authorization, competitions from registration to award winning), shall be obtained after enrollment in the current training program. This clause shall not apply to students enrolled in the Master-PhD Combined Program who have not yet obtained a master’s degree when applying for the National Scholarship.

SCI-indexed papers, EI-indexed journal articles (JA) and SCOPUS-indexed papers shall be verified via Web of Science, Engineering Village and SCOPUS databases respectively.
