The College plans to issue supplementary provisions on the review rules for Postgraduate Academic Scholarship and National Scholarship, as specified below:

All academic achievements of postgraduate students, from the initial application or phased completion to final confirmation (e.g., papers from acceptance to indexed retrieval, patents from application to authorization, competitions from registration to award acquisition), must be produced after enrollment in the current training phase. This clause shall not apply to students in the Master–Doctoral Integrated Program who have not yet obtained a master’s degree when applying for the National Scholarship.

SCI-indexed papers, EI-indexed journal articles (JA) and SCOPUS-indexed papers shall be verified via Web of Science, Engineering Village and SCOPUS databases respectively.

Should you have any objections to the above supplementary provisions, please submit your written feedback to class monitors for collection by 12:00 noon, October 29. Monitors shall compile all feedback and deliver it to Teacher Xu at Office 1027 by 14:00 on the same day. Real-name feedback is recommended to facilitate follow-up communication.
