On June 29, a Party-building joint activity was held at Gaoxin Building by the Science & Technology Development Bureau of Zhenjiang High-tech Zone and the College of Agricultural Engineering, Jiangsu University. Focusing on aligning political achievement awareness through joint learning and deepening university-local cooperation through Party co-construction, the activity targeted streamlining the industrialization channel for intelligent agricultural machinery and equipment research findings.

Attendees included Liao Zhiling, Huang Wuyue, Zhang Jinfeng, Zhang Hui, Chen Jun, and Zhou Yuxin, covering relevant positions from both sides.

At the beginning, Zhang Hui led Party members to take the Party oath. Under the First Topic learning mechanism, participants studied General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on a correct view of political achievements from *Qiushi* and his key remarks on agricultural and rural modernization during his inspection in Dezhou, Shandong. They studied with positive and negative cases, learned from Zhenjiang's Daizhuang Experience and drew lessons from vanity project cases, rectified wrong tendencies, and reached a consensus that industrial effectiveness is the core yardstick for development quality.

Zhu Yuhe and Tang Zhong signed a Party-building co-construction agreement on site. Huang Wuyue and Zhou Yuxin jointly unveiled the workstation of the National Agricultural Revitalization Initiative — Zhenjiang High-tech Zone Branch.

Liao Zhiling introduced the college's research strengths and university-local cooperation foundation. Chen Jun stated the industrial park will provide full-chain support for R&D, incubation and project landing, turning the sound view of political achievements into tangible progress in industrial upgrading and rural revitalization.

Both sides agreed to advance the Dual High-level Synergy (High-tech Zone + University) pilot program. Relying on the settled Yangtze River Delta Science & Technology Innovation Consortium (Alliance) for Intelligent Agricultural Machinery & Equipment, they will focus on agricultural robots and high-end intelligent farming equipment, jointly build concept verification and pilot incubation platforms, set up two-way personnel exchange and joint training mechanisms, and accelerate the industrialization of university research outcomes in Zhenjiang High-tech Zone.

After the meeting, delegates visited the Gaoxin Zhigu Innovation Carrier and discussed follow-up cooperation plans for technical research and project transformation.
